Four different systems of identifying newsletters have been used:
1. Until June 2008, each newsletter had a volume and issue number and a date; thus 5/2 10/00 is
volume 5, issue 2, October 2000.
2. Starting in September 2008 a consecutive numbering was added, starting with no. 44; thus12/1
02/09 46 is volume 12, issue 1, February 2009, number 46.
3. After August 2012 the volume and issue numbers were dropped; thus 03/13 56 is March 2013,
number 56
4. Starting in June 2017, only dates are used.
